Kimberly (Kim) Gorton is President and CEO of Slade Gorton & Company, Inc., a manufacturer and primary distributor of premium fresh and frozen seafood products sold broadly within retail and foodservice channels throughout North America. With a legacy as America’s original seafood family, she represents the third generation at Slade Gorton. Kim is passionate about making wholesome, delicious and sustainable food more accessible to all by bringing seafood from around the world to America’s table. Kim has served as Chair of the Board of Directors of both the Gulf of Maine Research Institute and the National Fisheries Institute (NFI), and currently serves as an officer on the NFI board. She is also a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization. Kim holds a B.A. in Political Science and Fine Arts from Colby College and a M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. She lives in Weston, Massachusetts and is the proud mother of three college-aged children.
An accomplished entrepreneur in Africa, Bitew is the Founder and CEO of the African Power Initiative, Ltd., a company in Uganda that produces and markets biodiesel produced from natural seed products. He is also the Chairman of Great Lakes Machinery and Glendale Kenya Ltd., organizations representing an Ethiopian military-owned industrial manufacturing complex with nearly 100 factories. Bitew is a Founding Director and Shareholder in Mekkele Farms Ltd., the largest poultry hatchery in Ethiopia, and Salut Ltd., a company in Uganda set up to assist manufacturing and engineering companies to develop business in East Africa.

Prior to starting Fallen Consulting Group, Inc. in 2018, Fallen served as the President and Commissioner of the United States Hockey League where he managed all business affairs, directed a re-branding effort and negotiated a strategic partnership with the National Hockey League helping the USHL to achieve its highest levels ever of financial stability, member club value and global brand awareness. Prior to joining the USHL, Fallen served in senior sales and marketing positions for Reebok-CCM Hockey, the largest hockey equipment company in the world, directing account planning with US retailers totaling over $65 million.

David Allon is a journalist, lawyer, and entrepreneur currently working at Braddock Financial LLC, a mutual fund manager and former hedge fund company that has specialized in asset backed securities for more than 25 years. He is also a member of the Governor’s Workforce Council in Connecticut, specializing in Life Sciences.
David started his journalism career at the Norwich Bulletin, where he covered the Willimantic bureau for a year while on sabbatical from Hampshire College in Amherst, MA. After graduating from Hampshire with a degree in journalism, David founded an alternative news weekly magazine that served the Five College communities in western Massachusetts. He then moved to Boston and joined Inc. Magazine six months after its founding and stayed there for two years, writing stories about technology and innovation.
After Inc., David obtained his J.D from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he was an Arthur D. Littleton writing instructor. He then moved to Palo Alto to work at Fenwick and West, later joined Sun Microsystems for an 18 month consulting job, and ultimately founded a computer brokerage business that he sold 12 years later to a competitor in Austin, TX. He subsequently helped Braddock Financial grow from $28 million in assets under management to over $1 billion in five years.
David lives in Fairfield, CT with his wife Pam, a psychotherapist who specializes in perinatal mood disorders.
Patrick Sikes brings over 15 years of operations experience to the Red Barn team. Glenn is currently President of VDLA, a global brand strategy and design firm and President of Exponentia, a marketing education company.
Within the healthcare sector, Glenn has worked with businesses in 20 countries and turned strategic vision and creative tactical solutions into record-setting business results. He was Head of Global Marketing for HOYA Surgical Optics; Corporate Vice President, Worldwide Head of Medical Communications, and Head of Corporate Marketing for PAREXEL; Founder, Executive Vice-President, and Managing Director of Saatchi & Saatchi Healthcare; Vice-President of Premier Products, and Business Director and Head of New Product Development at Bausch + Lomb.
Glenn is a speaker and contributor on the topics of marketing and branding with national organizations and publications. He received a double-major business degree from Loyola University, followed by executive education at Wharton, Darden, and the Center for Creative Leadership.
Bill Stone is founder and CEO of AllClear Healthcare – a Mobile COVID-19 Testing fleet of digitally networked vans and facilities, bringing rapid, accessible, accurate, and affordable testing to areas of unmet need (e.g. workplaces, schools, travelers, assisted living, etc.).
